Paul is a seasoned financial services operations leader with nearly 30 years of experience in wealth management, remediation, and insurance-related operations. He has a strong track record in managing complex remediation programs, ensuring effective execution across supplier management, business continuity, IT strategy, workflow management, and customer operations.

Paul’s spent time as the Operations Manager for CBA’s Advice Review Program and has held key leadership roles in both CBA and NAB remediation programs. He has extensive experience managing insurance-related claims, acting as the central point of contact for insurers and coordinating supporting information for claim assessments.

At OCG, Paul is our CFO and advises clients on capacity planning, contact centre management, document and workflow oversight, payments, business resiliency and third-party supplier governance.

Paul’s expertise in insurance operations and large-scale financial remediation makes him a trusted partner for institutions managing regulatory responses, operational transformation, and risk mitigation.
