Jay is a highly experienced logistics and financial services leader with over 35 years in international banking, exchanges, solution providers, financial data vendors, and consultancy firms. He has a strong track record in strategic and policy planning, particularly in periods of rapid growth, change, acquisition, and business rationalisation.
With expertise in technical strategy, prototype development, and e-commerce solutions for investment products, Jay has led numerous client assignments delivering innovative, high-impact solutions. He has also played a key role in due diligence and operational integration across multiple acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions and maximising value.
Since joining OCG, Jay has become the firm’s lead expert in the advice space, leveraging his experience from CBA’s QAR program to support a range of clients in operational process audits, advice compliance, monitoring and supervision, regulatory response, and market integrity.
