James is a senior project manager experienced in managing projects in a variety of complex environments. He is a project professional with over 22 years’ experience at top tier financial services companies with expertise in project delivery particularly around transformation, legislation, remediation, digital, credit risk and tax.
He has industry knowledge of wealth management (superannuation, wrap platforms, managed funds, margin lending, equities and advice) and retail banking (home loans). James has a track record in delivering agile and waterfall projects and organisational change.
James is able to assist OCG clients with the planning and delivery of strategic solutions, business change, IT management, team leadership, program finance management, governance forum management and reporting.
