Danielle Radford

Danielle is a hands-on Operations Manager with ten years of experience in large-scale remediation projects in the UK and Australia. She is an experienced leader, with a decade of leadership experience, managing teams ranging between 5 – 65 FTE.
In her most recent role, Danielle coordinated the day-to-day business functions to successfully deliver a high-profile advice review programme for an Australian Big 4 Bank. She has worked across various remediation programs in large, complex, corporate environments with organisations such as Lloyds Banking Group, Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banking Group, and KPMG.
She is adaptable and dynamic in fast-paced and KPI driven environments and is accustomed to frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
Danielle has very strong relationship-building skills and builds positive and meaningful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
